As we have an exciting project pipeline ahead of us, we are looking for a Consultant in Project Excellence, who’s motivated to support that journey.
With many different disciplines working to design and engineer the biggest pharmaceutical facility in the world, we expect more complex and fun tasks across NNE to increase. It also means you have a great opportunity to make an impact as we work to ensure project milestones are reached even more efficiently – and thereby increase our overall execution capacity. You can look forward to a job with a good mixture of both supporting projects in kaizen activities and running training sessions in and across projects.

As a Consultant in Project Excellence, you'll be working together with projects and discipline management, where you'll:
You’ll be based in Copenhagen and when required in Kalundborg and project locations around the Copenhagen area. And we have our very own bus commuting between Kalundborg and Virum/Roskilde every day, so you can use your time to work or relax with drinks and snacks.

How you might spend your days
As a Consultant in Project Excellence, you'll be working together with projects and discipline management, where you'll:
- Embody a culture of scientific thinking, continuous improvement and systematic problem solving
- Encourage and support performance management
- Facilitate and share best practices across projects and departments
- Supporting projects as you guide improvement activities
- Facilitate and run improvement workshops
- Deliver coaching to project management
- Concept developing on the application of LEAN tools and thinking in NNE
- Deliver training modules in LEAN tools, principles, and mindset

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- A relevant academic degree (engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, business management or project management)
- (Ideally) Formal LEAN training and Project Management training
- Experience in a change and stakeholder management when it comes to leadership sparring and challenge the way we work
- You speak and write Danish and English fluently
