How you might spend your days
As a DCS 800xA Support Specialist, you’ll be working with a forward thinking and committed team where you’ll be:
- Communicating with customers over the phone and ITSM to resolve their issues and inquiries, primarily related to DCS 800xA problems.
- Gathering relevant information from customers and entering it into the appropriate ITSM systems.
- Escalating complex issues to the relevant departments or team members.
- Maintaining and updating knowledge bases, documentations, and best practices to support customer requests.
- Continuously learning and developing both technical and non-technical skills.

The miles you’ve walked

- You have a degree within IT, engineering or related field
- You have minimum 3 years of experience with 800xA or DCS systems
- You speak and write Danish and English
