Project & Hyper Care is part of Manufacturing IT, which is a full-service provider of IT solutions within manufacturing for the pharma and biotech industries. We work with consultancy, design, implementation, support, and validation of IT solutions for some of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the world.
As a Change Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating change and facilitating the flow. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth execution of change initiatives, promoting effective coordination and communication across various teams and departments. You will work closely with stakeholders to assess the impact of proposed changes, develop appropriate change coordination plans, and monitor the implementation process. Your attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks will be critical in ensuring the right delivery of change projects.

As Change Manager, you’ll be working with a forward thinking and committed team where you’ll be:
- Developping and implement change coordination plans.
- Engaging stakeholders and involve them throughout the change process.
- Communicating effectively and provide training to inform and engage employees and stakeholders about changes.
- Coordinating and monitor the implementation of change initiatives.
- Identifying and mitigate risks and resistance to change.
- Maintaining documentation and generate reports on change progress.
- Providing support and guidance to employees and teams.
- Evaluating implemented changes and continuously improve change coordination practices.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, engineering or related field
- You have minimum 3 years of experience as change coordinator or manager
- Professional certification in change coordination is a plus
- You speak and write Danish and English
