About the role
We are looking for a Process Facilitator with Life Science experience to join our Facility Operations department, focusing on project-to-operation transitions, operational efficiency, and technology implementation for our customers

As a Process Facilitator with Life Science background your responsibilities may include:
- combining your knowledge of pharmaceutical business processes and stakeholder engagement to facilitate decision-making and structured problem-solving
- supporting and making improvements in the execution of various project types and sizes
- providing guidance on efficient pharma facility operations, including preparing new facilities for smooth start-up and controlled operation of processes
- advising on the development and implementation of control strategies and technologies Top of Form in operational processes.

Our goal is to support our customers in bringing well designed GMP facilities into operations in a fast and predictable mar. As Process Facilitator with Life Science experience, you’ll be:
- engaging in ongoing dialogue with customers on-site about support to their projects
- actively participating in customer projects by attending in on-site project meetings
- planning and facilitating of meetings and workshops, varying from short meetings with few participants to longer workshops with many participants
- managing stakeholders, including project participants and leaders, both externally (on the customers side) and internally
- preparing material from workshops for their intended purpose and effectively communicating them to stakeholders across the organization
- providing mentoring and training in various skills, both internally and externally.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- A diploma or master's degree in life science or other relevant education
- Proficient in building fruitful relationships and collaborating effectively
- Experience with facilitation, project work and stakeholder management
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Ideally, 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
