We are seeking a Senior Programme Manager and MEAL team coordinator to oversee daily operations, ensure efficient task distribution, and foster collaboration within the MEAL team. This role is crucial in aligning activities with ICARS' mission and facilitating communication across departments while leading strategic initiatives. Coordinating the MEAL team, you will play a key role in steering MEAL processes across a diverse range of projects, particularly in LMICs. Your expertise in research methodologies, data analysis, project monitoring, evaluation, and project management will be fundamental in driving our efforts toward innovative solutions for antimicrobial resistance. As a MEAL advisor at ICARS, international travel to partner LMICs may be required. This travel is essential for fostering, developing, and maintaining contacts that enable MEAL. ICARS adheres to the travel advice of the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and operates in various countries, some of which require specific safety and security measures. Candidates should consider their readiness to travel under these circumstances and their ability to adapt to different environments.
