Lead market access for a key brand and disease area through essential years ahead
LEO Pharma is looking for an experienced market access professional to lead its Global Market Access Pso-riasis function. In this role you will be responsible to shape the market access, pricing and health economic strategies which determine LEO Pharma’s ability to help people with psoriasis and ensure patient access to our products.

Our strategy aims to accelerate our efforts in in-novative therapeutics while strengthening our established portfolio and our global footprint in medical dermatology.
The job
In this position, you will head up the Global Market Access Psoriasis team and take on a broad variety of responsibilities to shape and influence our psoriasis portfolio, key to LEO Pharma’s business. Key responsibili-ties will be:
Lead, build and maintain a high performing team, providing leadership, direction and effective manage-ment and contribute as a key member of LEO Pharma’s Global Pricing & Market Access Leadership Team. The teams key focus areas are to;
Develop, lead and oversee the global market access strategy for our Psoriasis portfolio, excluding marketed biologics, and oversee execution of tactical plans to further advance access for our Pso-riasis portfolio Participate in the development of disease, portfolio & brand strategies and co-lead the cross-functional Global Brand Team with the Marketing Lead. Provide guidance to Global Research & Development and Business Development on future targets within Psoriasis by leading the development of Disease Opportunity Profiles and ensuring market access strategies for early Psoriasis compounds in pipeline Ensure generation of Payer evidence and guide Global Research & Development and Regulatory within HEOR matters Lead Market Access Lifecycle Management strategies and evidence development to grow and de-fend value of price and reimbursement status
Your qualifications
We expect you to bring:
University degree in biological science or economic science, e.g. MSc. Econ, or equivalent. Post-graduate qualification in either biological or economic science is an advantage. Including strong technical and scientific knowledge in HEOR research methods and in the field of Access. Minimum of 10 years' experience of working in the pharmaceutical industry and/or allied consultan-cy services. Ideally within both a corporate and local affiliate setting, including solid experience in key commercial roles as well as strong commercial understanding and a strong strategic mindset Proven track record of development and implementation of Global Market Access strategies and Value demonstration. In-depth understanding of the healthcare systems in UK, France, Germany, Japan and the US and the associated market access challenges experience with local market access processes and payer submissions Proven track record of inspirational line management and track record of building effective teams, drive vision and purpose as well as empowering people to excel
The position is based at the Headquarters of LEO Pharma in Copenhagen, Denmark. You will cooperate closely with colleagues in our affiliates across the world, our three Regions, as well as with Marketing and Medical Affairs and multiple functions within R&D.

Global Pricing & Market Access is responsible for the Payer side of LEO Pharma’s engagement with the ex-ternal environment. We are a dedicated department that works based on ambitious goals working closely with our G3M (Global Marketing, Market Access & Medical Affairs) colleagues as well as other colleagues and stakeholders across the world.
