Drive service design, transitions, implementation and optimizations
Office 365 is evolving rapidly with new features and applications. Across our system landscape we need to be sure that we utilize tools and applications the best possible way – always with the end user needs and experience as priority number one. And that is where you enter the scene as primary partner to your Service Delivery Manager colleague that is responsible for our Office 365 solution.
As Office 365 expert you will stay up to date on existing and new features. You will analyze, recommend, deliver and manage minor projects, typically related to transformation or implementation of a new product. All in all, you will help shape an important part of LEO Pharma’s future Your primary tasks will be to:
Plan and manage end to end service improvement Deliver input to the overall infrastructure roadmap and strategy Work closely with our suppliers – to ensure the best possible outcome to the end users Support license management for Office 365 services Act as point of escalation related to major incidents within the Office 365 services
End-user ambassador with solid Office 365 experience
We are looking for a profile that thrives in an outgoing role as the one that makes things happen. In close coordination with the Service Delivery Managers, Architects and other key stakeholders, You will be trusted to make the right choices and to ensure that ideas are turned into action. This calls for your overview, planning and problem solving skills. Related to this, you must be able to clearly communicate your recommendations and prioritizations to people without your own technical knowledge. Additionally, your CV comprises:
An IT related education at minimum BSc level 3-5 years’ experience from working with Office 365 in complex corporations Excellent understanding of the Office 365 architecture and governance Experience in client facing roles – and 100% end-user experience focus GDPR knowledge Project management/coordination experience

You will join a team with approx. 15 colleagues at the LEO Pharma HQ in Ballerup, greater Copenhagen. We are Service Delivery Managers, Operational Delivery Managers and IT Operation Specialists.
