Studiejob - Ballerup

As a student assistant in our PMO, you will become part of a team, focusing on delivering services to the projects and Agile teams that deliver IT solutions to the LEO Pharma business.

You will have responsibility of fulfilling specific tasks as well as helping us with ad hoc work when needed.

Your primary tasks will be execution of recurring PMO administrative tasks such as

  • Contracts uploading to Contract Management System (CMS)
  • Purchase orders requisition
  • Maintain team information assets (SharePoint site, holidays plans, logs, etc.)
  • Updating project information in our Portfolio Management tool
  • Contribute with ideas on how to improve PMO way-of-working
  • Keep PMO internal process descriptions up to date (together with PMO team)


Your closest colleagues will be your PMO colleagues as well as the program managers and project managers in Global IT.

If you are interested in working in a multinational, medical company and if you are interested in working with IT development, you could be our new colleague. Apart from the before mentioned, it is important that you:

  • Have more than one year left on your Bachelor program
  • Solid planning and coordination skills
  • Strong expertise in MS Office and appetite in mastering other systems
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
  • You are service-minded and enjoy working on a structured and repetitive task
  • Positive spirit, which you bring everywhere you go, and do not mind chipping in when other team members need assistance
  • The position is in LEO Pharma’s headquarter in Ballerup, right next to Malmparken Station. Preferable you will be working 10-15 hours a week, of course with flexibility in exam periods and in holidays.
