Key Responsibilities
As Digital Delivery Manager in the ITS Business Partnering you will join a great team where 2 days are never alike and where we strive to be closely connected to our stakeholders to ensure delivery of business value. Your role will be to ensure that software digitalization opportunities are well delivered according to agile processes and involving all the relevant stakeholders. Most importantly, you will bring your knowledge and experience within the latest digitalization technologies as well as your drive to continue to expand this knowledge, so that we can continue exploring opportunities to support short and long-term business objectives.
The TEDK’s Digital Delivery Manager is a critical role within ITS and must ensure digital projects are delivered in accordance with the agreed ITS/Digital roadmap. As such you will be responsible to manage multiple projects and must schedule and plan these accordingly. Doing so, you work closely with key business stakeholders, HQ contacts, IT Business Partners and TEPDK Digital Transformation and Innovation Manager to identify, plan and deliver digital products. Furthermore, you work closely with our enterprise architect to ensure feasibility of technical solutions, and with our external team(s) to deliver solutions.

Key areas of responsibilities for the TEPDK Digital Delivery Manager include:
- Assessing and prioritizing digitalization opportunities (understanding current processes and digital options) in close collaboration with Business Partners and key business stakeholders.
- Timely delivery of digital projects and products through the appropriate application of agile working with business stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams including TEPDK ITS, HQ ISB, HQ project teams and external vendors.
- Manage the various delivery teams assembled for the specific digital delivery (external vendors / HQ delivery teams).
- Receptive and proactive following the market for digital solutions in order to influence proactively the technological direction for digital innovation in TEPDK and coordinating the strategic direction of digital technologies with HQ.
- Supporting the delivery of larger digital projects through the IT PMO by providing direction and guidance with knowledge of digital platforms, digital technologies and solutions.
