Your mission...
As Social Brand Manager for NYX Professional Makeup, you are embarking on the journey of a fast-growing makeup brand, with a strong community of advocates and so much to conquer! Your role is to maximize the social reach, engagement, and reputation of the brand, through content generation, management of social media channels, and development of influencer strategy and influencer relationships. You will own our Nordics social media accounts (around 150K followers already) and be the expert of consumer engagement and earned media. The role reports to the Brand Business Leader.
You will…
- Develop, manage, and implement the influencer strategy for the brand as well as execute the content strategy to engage with the right influencers
- Own and fuel the @nyxcosmeticsnordics accounts (Instagram, TikTok)
- Own the relationship with influencers: screening process and final selection, contract, content plan & briefing on campaigns
- Create & localize digital media content (together with Product Brand Managers)
- Ensure consistent tone of voice across all platforms
- Coordinate live shopping on social media with key ecommerce clients (together with Online Brand Manager)
- Generate and track Earned media
- Update & analyze the brands social dashboards of paid & earned media performance and social listening, giving recommendations to management, feeding social trends to the team
- Develop an understanding of consumers and shoppers through social engagement
- Plan, allocate and execute budget for influencer marketing
You are...
- You have at least +3 years of experience from a similar position
- You have experience with for example community management, influencer strategy and/or earned media (media experience is a plus)
- You have experience with multiple stakeholders and/or agency management
- You are proactive, result driven and passionate about your job and drive your projects from start to finish
- You are curious, and willing to explore new grounds as Gen Z media consumption is constantly evolving
- You have excellent interpersonal skills to nurture the relationship with OG influencers and build new partnerships (Tik Tok content creators, Twitch live-streamers etc.)
- You have a hands-on approach and a drive that enables you to get things done
- You are fluent in English and preferably in one of the Nordic languages
