BoConcept A/S is looking for a global minded Store Operations Manager who is highly motivated by making a difference

The Job
We offer a unique position to a person with a solid background within store operation. You will be working as a trusted advisor to our franchise partners on both new store openings and existing stores that require extraordinary focus.

The main tasks and responsibilities are e.g.:

  • Provide onsite support & trainings to our Partners
  • Implementing retail focus and BoConcept tools in our stores
  • Support country organizations and partners on stores with performance issues or unrealized potential
  • Plan and conduct pre-opening training for new stores
  • Virtual support of stores and retail projects

You must expect 150-200 days of travel per year. It is not mandatory that you live in Denmark.

As a Store Operations Manager, you will be part of the BoConcept Retail Operations Department that supports BoConcept Brand Store openings worldwide. The department consists of 8 dedicated colleagues working together in an informal environment, where good working relationships, taking responsibility and personal development is in focus.

We are looking for people with DRIVE!
You possess a large degree of drive, you are independent, efficient and strive to be successful with all your assignments and tasks.

As we work in an international environment and your projects will be global, it is vital that you have a great cultural understanding. You must possess strong English language skills (spoken and written) and it will be an advantage, if you are fluent in French. Proficiency in German or Spanish is an asset as well as experience from a franchise-based business model.

We are looking for a person with:

  • Integrity, passion, flexibility, tenacity, leadership, team spirit and a “can-do” attitude
  • Previous retail sales in-store experience in a managerial role

You should have well developed leadership and coaching skills and be comfortable leading by example. Preferably you are experienced within interior design and/or selling premium goods. You are recognized for your commitment and ownership.

Through an empathic approach, you effortlessly build strong relationships across functions and cultures.
