The Digital Transformation is part of Global Development and are here to integrate digital technology into all areas of drug development and the supporting business processes to deliver value to our patients, partners and our employees. We will be fundamentally changing the way we do clinical trials and the supporting internal processes. To do so also requires a cultural change towards a willingness to experiment, become comfortable with learnings (also referred to as failures) and drive towards an agile mindset.
The position
The primary role of this position is to drive cultural transformation in and around GD Digital Lighthouse; to build an agile culture in GD. This entails the responsibility for timely planning and execution of Digital Transformation activities and associated work streams in collaboration with the Digital Transformation Lead.
•Execute and facilitate cultural transformation in and around Digital Transformation towards to surrounding organisation
•Supporting the Lead and Directors in Digital Transformation on the people processes of the Digital Lighthouse: use case staffing, onboarding, development, retention efforts.
•Develop and manage the facilities of the Lighthouse to cultivate agile methodology
•Drive communication plans and communication activities of the Digital Transformation
Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in business administration, human resource management, related discipline such as Organisational Development, Change Management or business / MBA Degree
• Experience in change management or business transformations
• Good understanding of business dynamics and implications for the organisation and employees
• Creative thinking and ability to think outside of the box
• Ability to break overall targets into smaller manageable work units
• Thorough understanding of clinical development and frontline life and what is required to successfully implement processes, systems and solutions across countries
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must
