In Global Commercial Operations department we are looking for a new colleague who will own and safeguard the operations of our global business intelligence (BI) solution for commercial data, by working agile and cross-functionally with multiple markets, regions and departments, especially with global IT . We are working with our OneWay Business Intelligence solution to support key stakeholders in understanding the business for their brand.
The job
The primary focus of the role is to safeguard, as well as continuously improve, the suitability of the newly developed global BI solution for the entire LEO organization – with end users ranging from sales force to c-suit management. You need to provide leadership around enterprise BI to continuously seek out innovative, insights-based strategies, especially focusing on increasing the relationship and engagement with HCPs. You will seek out opportunities for simplification, capability enablement and global standardization of the global BI set up, including sales & activities KPIs harmonization. You will challenge, refine, approve and priorities the desired changes requested by the end users (regions and market) through a governance model. You will collaborate daily with our Scrum Master & development team as changes will be implemented in sprints using the SAFe framework.
To the owner of the Line of Business operational model for the LEO Pharma global BI solution, you will:
Lead continuous global alignment and suitability of the LEO OneWay content (KPIs, metrics etc) Design and implement the global BI platform governance framework for approval and prioritisation of change requests, which align with the LEO 2025 strategy. Closely collaborate in an agile set up with global IT to: Define the features of the product/ change Decide on release date and content Be responsible for the profitability of the product/ change (ROI) Prioritize User story in collaboration with the team Accept or reject work results Be the single point of contact between IT and super users
Above all, the shared global vision for the BI solution need to be balanced with local needs for a solution that works on a day to day basis for our affiliate, regional and global colleagues, In essence, you need to lead the mantra of ‘think global, act local.’
And finally, the tools offered to end users, needs to be compliant and adopted in day to day business, you will therefore also be the capability lead on:
end user support for global users super user communities training and training materials
to ensure the maximum benefit realisation of the invest made into a Global BI solution.
Your qualifications
Min. 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry Bachelor or Masters degree in business administration, finance, system architecture, pharmaceutical sciences or similar. BI strategist Extensive experience in designing and communicating global performance tracking KPIs for sales, situational analysis as well as activities (CRM) for pharmaceutical industry Experience with data sources such as IQVIA (MIDAS, national, subnational data, claims data), Veeva/ Salesforce.com/ CRM activity data, SAP finance data Experience with Microsoft PowerBI, Microsoft Azure, DevOps and AWS Trained agile mindset, preferably SAFe certified Experience with Agile development e.g. working with Scrum master, developing User Stories etc Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proven language skills: High level of English is mandatory; Danish is useful in a HQ position; additional languages are a plus Multicultural agility is required; experience from a multinational environment is a plus Service minded and collaborative mindset – ‘together we are stronger’ Demonstrate authority & assertiveness Strong decision-making ability
