In External Manufacturing & Suppliers Quality we are looking for a Professional to support activities within supplier quality management. You will join our global department and work together with engaged, experienced and skilled colleagues. We offer a job with challenges, individual responsibility and a broad range of stakeholders within several areas of LEO Pharma.
In External Manufacturing & Suppliers Quality you will get the opportunity to make a significant difference for people with serious skin diseases all over the world.
The job
The job is a temporary position, from the start date until 30-Apr-2021, during the time one of our colleagues is on a job rotation in R&D. You will receive relevant training to handle quality matters for different supplier categories. Your main work tasks will be:
- Maintenance of Approved Suppliers Lists
- QA review and approval of Supplier Complaints and Change Controls
- Update of Standard Operation Procedures and other documents
You will collaborate with other departments in LEO Pharma and you will also have contact with external suppliers.
Your qualifications
- Preferably a Masters’ degree in natural science, for example pharmacist or engineer
- Experience from the pharmaceutical industry
- Solid and up-to-date knowledge of GMP requirements
- Preferably experience from working within a quality organization
You are known for your ability to deliver, execute and turn a problem into a solution. It is important that you can work independently and take responsibility for your own tasks. You have a strong quality and continuous improvement mindset. You possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including English, at a proficient level.

External Manufacturing & Suppliers Quality is a department in Global Quality. Your colleagues are a group of very skilled quality experts with focus on Supplier Quality Management and quality oversight of different categories of suppliers such as Contract Manufacturing Organizations, API suppliers, excipient suppliers, packaging suppliers, service providers and more.
We collaborate with departments in Global Quality, Product Supply, Procurement, Pharmaceutical Design and Development, Regulatory Affairs, Global IT and with external suppliers.
