LEO Pharma has embarked on an ambitious journey to become the world’s preferred dermatology care partner – and that means bringing in critical talent to support the transformation. That is why we need you! The Center of Expertise of Global Talent Acquisition (TA) has an exciting roadmap laid out, and ambitions targets have been set to ensure that the function is future-proof and fit-for-purpose in the coming years.

As our new senior TA specialist, you will get the opportunity to truly shape the TA function and determine how we’ll support the organization in bringing in talent in the future.

The job


In this strategic role, you will develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, processes and tools aligned with the LEO Pharma People strategy, best practice, and thought leadership.

As a subject matter expert within TA, your focus will be to drive key initiatives aimed at strengthening our ability to attract, source, assess and select talent globally, while ensuring a splendid candidate experience. Your responsibilities – among others - will be to;

  • Help develop and implement a new global operating model for TA.
  • Help design and implement a global recruitment process along with global standards and tools to support it.
  • Support the design and implementation of a new global ATS, including change management activities in relation to the implementation.
  • Help establish global governance and drive excellence by continuously identifying and deploying optimization possibilities, using data insights to improve our efforts.
  • Develop and maintain global sourcing strategies and support the development and implementation of local/functional sourcing strategies for prioritized job types – short and long term.
  • Work to ensure a candidate-centric approach that leverages every touch point in the complete hiring process.

As we are increasingly working in an agile and cross-functional way, you might also be involved in projects spanning across the other HR Centers of Expertise covering areas like people and leadership development.

Your qualifications


You have:

  • A master’s degree in HRM, social sciences, psychology or communication and +5 years of experience within strategic TA
  • Demonstrated experience of developing and executing global talent acquisition strategies and the required subject matter expertise within recruitment, sourcing and candidate experience standards, preferable in the pharmaceutical/life science industry
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices, especially within social recruiting and digital tools
  • Project management experience and visible business success leading talent acquisition projects
  • Demonstrated experience working with different digital TA technologies and tools, including project experience from implementing an ATS at a global scale
  • Strong capabilities in stakeholder engagement, cultural awareness, and business acumen
  • Fluent in English and strong in written communications

Your new team


You’ll be part of the Centre of Expertise for Global Talent Acquisition, reporting to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition. The CoE is part of the Global Centers of Expertise team – responsible for Rewards, Leadership development, Learning and Change Enablement, within the Global People and Communication organisation. The TA CoE is currently under establishment to support the People Strategy in the years to come and currently, we are working with our regional TA specialists in a strong matrix set-up to support global and local initiatives. The position is based at LEO Pharma’s headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, near Copenhagen.
