Do you want to manage automation projects at LEO Pharma’s biggest site in Ballerup?


If you like to manage minor and middle size automation projects as part of a very good and well-functioning team that emphasizes quality, respect and collaboration, we have just the right job for you.

Technical project management with major freedom to perform


You will unfold your skills at LEO Pharma’s HQ in Ballerup, our biggest factory site. Here you will focus on keeping the production running with an additional focus on continuous improvements. Your projects last from a couple of months to 9-10 months. Typically, they will take half a year, and you will normally be handling 3-4 projects at a time, in various stages of maturity. Your primary tasks will be to:

  • Project manage technical automation projects – specs, plans, coordination and budgets
  • Create documentation for qualification – in collaboration with specialist colleagues
  • Contribute to define and implement technical standard solutions
  • Contribute to general optimisations across documentation, tools and processes

To succeed, you must be good at building constructive relations to a wide span of colleagues and partners including your customers at the factories (Chemists and Operators), QA colleagues and external consultants.

Automation experience from a GMP environment


We are looking for a profile that is used to the treats of a production environment where breakdowns and unforeseen incidents are very costly. As such, you can deliver high quality within agreed deadlines and budgets – also if it sometimes requires a little extra. That you can do, because you are good at collaborating with all kinds of people and because you have the communication skills to explain “why it is important”, “what is going to happen”, “who is going to do it and when”. Additionally, your CV comprises:

  • A technical degree within engineering or the like
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as Project Manager in an GMP automation environment
  • Knowledge and motivation for working in a highly regulated environment
  • Ideally, experience in areas like production IT, process electricity and systems like 800xA, SattLine, WinCC etc. – but not a requirement for applying
  • The ability to read and speak Danish

Our focus is to keeping the production running smoothly.
