The Centre of Expertise of Global Talent Acquisition (TA) has an exciting roadmap laid out, and ambitious targets have been set to ensure that the function is future-proof and fit-for-purpose in the coming years.
As our new Talent Acquisition Digital Lead, you will be a go-to SME on digital TA practices and lead the digital tech stack for global Talent Acquisition to attract and create the best experience possible for candidates and colleagues globally.
The job
In this exciting role, you will develop and implement digital talent acquisition strategies, solutions, and tools to support our processes, aligned with the LEO Pharma People strategy, best practice, and thought TA leadership.
As a SME, you will lead the implementation of our digital roadmap, starting with a roll-out of our new global ATS in collaboration with the TA Team. The projects and the position evolve as our TA model matures, and new solutions and technology is a continuous focus area to build an ambitious digital competitiveness in the market.

Your new team
You’ll be part of the Centre of Expertise for Global Talent Acquisition, reporting to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition. The CoE is part of the Global Centers of Expertise team – responsible for Leadership development, Learning and Change Enablement, within the Global People and Communication organisation. The position is based at LEO Pharma’s headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, near Copenhagen.

The job
In this exciting role, you will develop and implement digital talent acquisition strategies, solutions, and tools to support our processes, aligned with the LEO Pharma People strategy, best practice, and thought TA leadership.
As a SME, you will lead the implementation of our digital roadmap, starting with a roll-out of our new global ATS in collaboration with the TA Team. The projects and the position evolve as our TA model matures, and new solutions and technology is a continuous focus area to build an ambitious digital competitiveness in the market.
Your responsibilities include:
- TA project lead for the implementation of a global ATS (the Success-Factors recruiting module). Continuously own the platform and ensure proper development and maintenance.
- Create a digital TA roadmap for the years to come and drive excellence by continuously identifying and deploying digital optimization possibilities, using data insights to improve our efforts.
- Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a digital tech stack for global Talent Acquisition.
- Build TA data insights and reporting set-up globally; defining key KPIs, create TA dashboards, and support the TA organization in becoming more data-driven.
- Implement and maintain customer satisfaction surveys and identify potential optimization opportunities based on results.
- Staying on top of digital developments, tools and best practices to support and develop the TA function.
Your qualifications
We envision that you have:
- A master’s degree and relevant experience with strategic and/or digital talent acquisition in a multi-national company and in a SME role.
- Demonstrated experience of developing and executing global talent acquisition projects and the required subject matter expertise within recruitment, sourcing and candidate experience standards.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and working with different digital TA technologies and tools or HR systems to support processes and/or customer experience, preferably including project experience from implementing an ATS at a global scale.
- Knowledge of the latest TA trends and best practices, especially within social recruiting and digital tools.
- Strong capabilities in stakeholder engagement, cultural awareness, and business acumen and insights.
- Solid experience with managing projects in agile ways and building impactful TA experiences in a global company
