At GN Audio, we work to lead major technology shifts with intelligent headset solutions. But technology shifts do not only happen within our products. To keep up with our continuous growth and gain of market shares, we are preparing the GN Audio business worldwide for the future by replacing our current ERP systems with one shared Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
At our headquarters in Ballerup, our Program Management team together with various project managers and other talented specialists are ready to welcome you into your new office.
We are responsible for enabling the GN of the future by driving the global implementation of Dynamics 365 covering functionalities within Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Finance.
Embark on a large transformation journey with us
As our new Change Manager, you will work in the very heart of the program and collaborate with stakeholder groups, such as executive management and global business process owners. Thus, you will have the opportunity to impact our future by providing your knowledge and recommendations to the right people throughout GN Audio.
Specifically, your aim will be to get everyone on board our 365 transformation, supporting end users and their willingness to change, adopt the new system and perform as planned.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
You will not just join a global change program – you will join a company in rapid growth and continuous development. The ERP program is set to run over the next year and a half and thereafter there will be plenty of opportunity to join other change initiatives in GN Audio.
Experience with change management and implementation projects
We are looking for a team player who is good at fostering trust and collaboration – someone our D365 program members will look to for advice and sparring when it comes to managing change.
You are open-minded, collaborative, and proactive in your approach – and through your amazing planning and structural skills, you will have plenty of opportunity to make a mark on the program as well as on GN Audio as a company.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Creating plans for organizational transitions and people change management aspects of the program using methodologies such as ADKAR
- Collaborating with the program team in performing effective communication, with a hands-on approach in creating convincing communication materials, incl. articles, newsletters, presentation materials, etc.
- Identifying stakeholders impacted by change and drive a right-sized stakeholder management plan
- Coordinating the execution of change activities, enabling leaders to drive and reinforce change, track progress, collect feedback and incorporate adjustments during all phases
- Optimizing timing of releases of project deliverables into business operations
- Supporting the program team in driving ad hoc activities to support the overall strategy and ways of working.

Experience with change management and implementation projects

You enjoy working in a matrix environment and are skilled in translating complex insights into concrete plans and recommendations. Furthermore, you:
- hold a degree at master’s level, maybe within business administration, psychology or similar
- have a few years of experience as a change consultant/change manager on a medium or large implementation project, preferably within ERP or IT
- are used to a structured approach to change management – thus, an ADKAR certification or similar is a plus
- are a strong and engaging communicator as you will be collaborating globally across the company
- are skilled in PowerPoint and fluent in English both in writing and orally
