At GN Hearing, we make life sound better as we lead major technology shifts by creating products that let you hear more, do more and be more than ever thought possible.
Joining our Product team within Global Partner Sales, you will become part of this process. With you as our newest team member, we will be 7 people supporting our colleagues with everything product-related, such as introduction of new products, audiological information and life cycle management. We do so with smiles on our faces, because we appreciate our close collaboration and the spirit of helpfulness that connects us as a team.
Be involved in the entire product life cycle – from launches to phaseouts
Your main responsibility will be to drive our well-defined product life cycles and to manage possible complaints that the distributing partners might have. In this, you will work especially close with the head of your team and with a student assistant, who will help you keep your all-important overview.
Apart from your own team, you will be collaborating closely with colleagues in our 4 regions, who are responsible for technical product support, as well as our sales managers, who communicate directly with our partners.
Your workdays will be varied, and you will be in touch with a range of other stakeholders. Along the way, you will use your audiological knowledge to qualify your work, as you:
Develop your competences and become an important asset
Since this is our first time having a person with audiological expertise fill this role, you will have a unique opportunity to grow and shape your job according to your own interests. For example, you could travel more than the expected 30 days a year if you want to conduct product trainings for our partners.

You have audiological knowledge and strong coordination skills
Whether handling various kinds of information or managing your workday, you find it easy to create structure. This ability gives you room to take in new tasks while finishing up others. In other words, your coordination skills are sharp, you have a keen eye for following processes, and you have strong business acumen.

- Collaborate with marketing and product management to ensure successful launches of new products and follow-up on markets needs
- Work with customer care to implement new products in the GPS ordering flow and help with the audiological knowledge on order-related questions from the customer
- Work in collaboration with regional directors to develop global initiatives based on distributor needs
- Work with the finance team on forecasting and accessing the development of the market
- Ensure life cycle products and a competitive portfolio for GPS when planning the phaseout of products
- Train customers on the use of the products
- Support the audiologist in the regions by bridging knowledge from headquarters

- Have some years of experience working in the hearing aid industry, or you could have worked at a hospital
- Are an audiologist or have in other ways obtained knowledge about hearing aid products, features, fitting software, accessories, apps and positioning
