We are looking to expand our team from 2 to 3 Technical Product Managers within our hardware product line. We hope you want to be part of creating the next generation tech solutions and be pivotal in improving the lives of millions of people around the world.
Welcome to the Category and Product Management Team
We are a classic inbound/upstream NPD Technical Product Management team. We specify, develop and deliver all device and software product solutions to address our customers needs and pains in the strongest possible way.
The device responsibility covers both hardware and device software deliverables with a strong link to the adjacent Fitting software and end-user applications underpinning the device product experience.
You will be responsible for creating and driving the product solution experience development based on identified needs and relevant competitive position across our respective markets.
Our new colleague is a close partner of R&D and creates strong ties to our market representatives. Working closely with the rest of the teams inside Product Management, Marketing, Operations and Finance is also expected.
As Technical Product Manager you are flanked by your Commercial Product Manager manager colleague and together you set the strategic context defining and delivering strong product experiences as well as addressing any issue holding back the success of your products.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Collect and document specific market and customer needs and painpoints
- Defining and driving the Device experience solution accordingly throughout the NPD process
- Relentlessly optimize towards the agreed solution scope, cost and performance
- Deliver core communication elements underpinning the overall marketing, campaign and narrative
- Secure complete and competitive product launches in close cooperation with your R&D counterparts
It will be a collaborative role where you can really enjoy building relations and communicating with colleagues across functions in an international environment. In this sense the role contributes to our journey of supplying the best possible hearing aid solutions worldwide.

The ideal candidate comes with a technical degree and commercial flair, or the other way around. You speak ‘engineering’ and have the ability to translate core customer pains into to priorities and solutions in product development.

- Experience in bridging the gap between market and product development
- Understanding of the clinical dynamics in the market and how our product road map will make a difference for the patients and customers that we serve
- Industry- and medical device experience is naturally a significant plus.
