Are you an accomplished Senior Product Owner with experience working cross-functionally with external and internal interfaces, mastering problem-solving skills, and utilising sales tools that align with a people-first culture? You’ll be granted Product Ownership of sales calculators, which are the primary sales tool complementing XProtect software and support sales of Huskies. The position will enable you to apply your interest in sales supporting tools and hardware performance, based on the applications and installations. It also involves the second product area of the XProtect platform as a cloud solution available in the AWS store.

Milestone focuses on expanding the Business, and you’ll be given the responsibility to manage value engineering in the development phase and optimise market fulfilment. The role will empower you to apply your expertise in negotiating technical and financial limitations as well as co-editing epics and writing features to meet business targets. You’ll also be able to exercise your deep understanding of the solutions and how they integrate with business processes. Furthermore, you can demonstrate your fluency in the language of “technology” in communication with the Business, Engineers and Technology Units.

The Hardware Operations Unit ensures that the products and processes are in place in order for the Field Support Team to sell and support the manufactured products. Your closest interfaces will be members of a collaborative, dynamic group that includes the Product Manager, business function and Feature Team.

Your responsibilities

- Align on Minimal Viable Product in an epic, with product management or business function, and understand the scope
- Prioritise features based on epic prioritisation; the epics are coming from both product management as well as Feature Teams
- Drive and motivate a cross-functional development structure
- Ensure that problems are translated into solutions by collaborating with product management and having Feature Teams define the solution
- Drive and motivate a cross-functional development structure to ensure on-time delivery
- Be a true team player within the Hardware Operations Unit

Qualifications and experience

- Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Five years of experience with project management or product ownership
- Ability to manage value engineering in the development phase
- Creative problem-solving skills in an agile environment
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment
- Full proficiency in written and spoken English
- Experience with cloud services

Besides the above requirements, it is advantageous if you have:
- Experience in working with sales tools
- Experience with AWS
- Experience in the surveillance, computer or electronics industry
