Pufin ID A / S is a Copenhagen-based venture with a novel approach to uniquely identify every object in existence. The technology - optical Physical Unclonable Functions (PUFs) - generates a unique object fingerprint which is impossible to replicate, even by the original manufacturer.
PUFs enable an irrefutable link between physical goods and their digital records. This technology has enormous potential to solve trillion-dollar problems including anti-counterfeiting and tracking items through the circular economy.
We have a proven technology and are ready to go into operation with the first two, big customers, and we have a strong customer pipeline.
To continue our growth journey, we are now seeking a quality and compliance manager who can continue defining, implementing and enforcing Pufin ID's Quality Management System based on legal, customer and internal requirements, as well as based on the ISO 9001 Standard, and in addition , manage and implement the execution of product and process controls, and be an active part of the project team on both new product development projects and customer implementation projects. You will be reporting to the CEO.

You will be reporting to the CEO.
You will be responsible for all aspects related to the Pufin ID Quality Management System:
- Continuing the gradual implementation of the Quality Management System, always evaluating the priorities and necessities existing, based on the Standard ISO 9001, as well as customer and internal requirements.
- Training Pufin employees in QMS procedures.
- Act as the Management Representative, ref. Pufin ID's internal QMS
- Document, obtain, and maintain relevant compliance certifications (when applicable).
- Act proactively in maintaining and improving customer satisfaction.
- Plan and manage product and material testing together with the R&D department, as well as generate the related reports with the conclusions obtained and actions needed.
- Conduct supplier evaluation, more specifically supplier related to the R&D, Production and Quality Areas.
- Establish Regulatory Assessment Evaluations and Reports Creation in base of REACH and CLP Regulations.
The experiences and capabilities of the optimal candidate would be:
- A relevant educational background within laboratory, production or process technology, allowing you to understand Pufin ID's development and delivery processes at a conceptual level.
- Thriving and having had success with enforcing value adding structure, process and good documentation practices.
- Hands-on experience from ensuring compliance to standards similar to ISO 9001, and see the value of structured CAPA processes. Experience with the ISO 27000 standard, and REACH and CLP regulations is an advantage.
- A certified auditor with experience from preparing and participating in both internal and external audits.
- A person who'd be enjoying working as part of a small, international, and cross-functional team in a dynamic scale-up environment, where we support each other and live by our key values being trust, craftsmanship, and openness.
- Confidence in making business critical decisions within your own area of knowledge and responsibility.
