Do you want to work with change on a daily basis and focus on change management and change leadership in our strategic and transformational projects across the business?

To succeed with our project and change agenda we are looking for a Global Change Manager who is responsible for the development of our overall change agenda for projects, and subsequent implementation of business-critical transformations in the organisation.

To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience with change management and change leadership as a project manager or as change manager in big strategic, transformational and international projects.

Your base of operations will be from Headquarters in Denmark working closely with your HR colleagues and our Group PMO (Project portfolio management office).
Moreover, you will be part of our HR community, which is a truly global team with very competent people around the globe from Indonesia and Sri Lanka, over several locations in Europe to the US, Honduras, Nicaragua and The Dominican Republic.

Our overall change business goals are::
- Increase the speed of adoption
- Optimize the ultimate utilization
- Increase proficiency and
- Ensure proper involvement of stakeholders
Your key tasks to support this journey will be to
- Create a rolling change management project plan, including a concrete action plan and heatmap for our cross-functional project portfolio.
- Liaise with, support and drive the project managers and teams to create individual project change plans
- Driving readiness and impact assessments from an overall transformation perspective and in individual projects
- Ensuring each project has the necessary change knowledge in the project to succeed
- Guide and help the project teams realize their change plans
- Develop, own and deliver against a change and communication plan considering audience, timing, channel and format
- Identify, engage with and influence key stakeholders and execute on stakeholder management plans
- Participate in the shaping of our global approach to change practices across STG.
What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience with change management and change leadership as a project manager or as change manager in big strategic, transformational and international projects.
Moreover you:
- have a proven track record of producing deliverables that meet organizational needs
- have worked with multiple projects and teams to deliver qualitative solutions on time
- can quickly gain a holistic understanding of how the company and operating model works
- are experienced working with a global change framework, such as ADKAR
- preferably, have a master’s degree and substantial experience leading change management in truly global organisations.
