Drive major acquisitions from A to Z
You will assist with the acquisitions of companies across the world, from screening of targets to the closing of transactions.

You will assist with the acquisitions of companies across the world, from screening of targets to the closing of transactions.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Be part of the end-to-end M&A processes including pipeline building (both interacting with potential targets as well as desktop work)
- Build business cases and present them to executive management
- Coordinate advisors and internal stakeholders in the diligence process
- Participate in meetings with the Executive team and conducting presentations on M&A topics

M&A experience and a knack for corporate communication
- You have an MSc in finance, economics or a related field
- You have at least a couple of years of experience/exposure to M&A processes – preferably from one of the Big 4 or investment banking
- You are a team player with strong stakeholder management and collaborative skills
- You have strong project management skills and are organised and thorough in your work
- You communicate effortlessly in English and have an international mindset
- You bring a strong financial foundation and an analytical mindset
- It is a plus if you have some experience within people management or mentoring
