About the department
You will join a team of dedicated and highly competent colleagues and be at the crossroad between Device Research & Development (R&D), Quality and Production. The team is supporting the entire range of Novo Nordisk device products, and the technical product knowledge is anchored here. The department is responsible for the device design of the marketed products, and we own the Quality Specifications and test methods for the devices. We drive numerous projects related to the above areas, as well as within SOP compliance, standardisations, training and follow-up on quality activities.
The job
As a Quality Engineer/Pharmacist for Product Maintenance, you own and develop devices’ quality specifications. These specifications determine if a product has the required high quality to be released and are vital to ensure that Novo Nordisk deliver a quality product to customers all over the world. You will work with both products under development and marketed products. You respond to inquiries from stakeholders all over the world and support when there are non-conformities from the production lines. You keep the quality specifications documentation updated and you participate in quality optimisation projects, where you plan and coordinate technical investigations with our laboratories.
You can look forward to a role with high impact on the end products that reach the patient. Additionally, you will get the chance to interact with many contacts including production sites globally, R&D, QA, regulatory affairs, customer service and affiliates.
Qualifications
You hold an Engineering, Pharmacist degree or similar. Furthermore, you have solid experience within injectable devices or moulding processes and quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
As a person, you are good at keeping an overview of your tasks and handling a large amount of data and documents. You are quality-conscious, and you are known for a high commitment to finding constructive solutions as well as taking responsibility for your assignments.
You perform well in a team-oriented environment, and you also enjoy working independently. Success in this role requires that you make decisions regarding quality tasks and find the right balance between quality demands, authority demands and business needs.
Solid spoken and written English skills are required.
