Then come join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner, where you will collaborate closely with DK leaders across our sites in North Zealand (Hørsholm). You will report directly to our HR Director DK and China and form part of our global HR, Sustainability and Internal Communications team consisting of 40+ colleagues.
The Position
As our new Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support our leaders in finding and choosing the right candidates to help drive our overall ALK strategy. You will get the chance to directly impact the success of ALK by ensuring we get the right talent into the right roles at the right time.
In this role, you will be responsible for our whole recruitment process, including conducting start-up meetings with leaders, creating and implementing recruitment plans, writing best in class job ads, working with external search companies when applicable, searching for and screening potential talent internally and externally and conducting in-depth personality and ability interviews.
Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of talent acquisition related projects, including employer branding, on- and off boarding, career fairs and conducting recruitment skills trainings for leaders.
Your qualifications
With previous proven experience from a recruitment agency or an in-house recruitment function in an international setting and a Master’s degree in a relevant field, you possess strong key stakeholder management skills and can communicate at all levels within an organisation, in both English and Danish.
Furthermore, you have experience working with HR information systems and personality and ability tests.
As a person, you are out-going and curious of nature, you enjoy working with a variety of business leaders and you have a genuine interest in people. This combined with your eagerness to learn and to truly understand the business you work with, makes you a trusted and credible partner to our leaders.
You have a can-do attitude and are not afraid to take on a variety of HR-related tasks and ad hoc administrative tasks where your attention to detail, structured and efficient way of working and your coordination skills help you get things done to deadlines.
