As a Technical Specialist Lead O&M and Digitalization, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of technical projects within our CO2 program. The main target of the role is to deliver to operation an asset and supporting digital solutions that meets the functional specification.
We are currently developing and designing the system, giving you ample opportunity to be a part of the pioneers developing the way the CO2 infrastructure is designed.
Join our CO2-team consisting of twenty specialists, business developers, technicians etc. You will be referring to Technical Lead Claus Myllerup. Every day you will draw on many different specialist skills from your +480 competent colleagues at Evida.
Responsibilities
You will be working with experts, translating the functional specification into reality and create new products, troubleshoot technical issues involving products released and engineering tasks. As Technical Specialist you will manage relationship with engineering and specialist subcontractors, including required identification profiles, management of timesheets and invoices and following up on the quality of work produced.
As lead you are responsible for motivating staff and creating a space, where they can ask questions and voice their concerns, being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes. We expect you to promote a culture of continuous learning, encouraging the team to learn from successes and failures.
Among your other responsibilities are:
Your qualifications
You have a M.Sc. degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. You have proven experience (5 - 10 years) or Ph.D. degree in the relevant engineering disciplines, preferably in the construction industry or energy domain. Your technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills are excellent, and you build professionally relationships with staff, suppliers, and clients.
You are fluent in Danish and English.
As a person, you possess exceptional leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills. You can work under pressure and manage multiple priorities and you adapt flexibly in a demanding environment. You have excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Project Oversight: Determine project requirements and developing work schedules for the team. Update work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
- Risk Management: Throughout design and execution, identify and report risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
- Quality Assurance: Consult with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations or industry best practices.
- Reporting and Documentation: Write progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
- Change Management: Analyse existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements. Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.
