Join us at the heart of project management for global operations
In our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will join our Supply Value Stream team, within our global Quality Operations function, dedicated to lifecycle management of all Coloplast products worldwide.
Further you will serve several other project teams across global operations where you will work with more than +100 cross-functional international project managers and their managers.
Be the mind behind future PMO excellence
Your main task will be to drive and monitor the project portfolio for global operations together with the various steering committees and support project teams to ensure smooth project management throughout.
You will also work to ensure high KPIs on project reliability and project manager accountability. You will do so by defining PMO needs and then developing and anchoring the appropriate project management practices, competencies and tools throughout global operations.
To achieve this, you will:

Being proactive, structured, and open minded in your approach, you know how to push for change and get things done to achieve results in a high paced environment. You also possess excellent stakeholder management skills and enjoy working with a very wide and international network of colleagues – from global management to project managers, owners and leads around the world.

- Steer committee management through planning and follow ups
- Monitor, manage and report stakeholder expectations and needs
- Define standards for project management and leadership
- Provide development for project managers in Global Operations
- Procure necessary PMO tools and systems in collaboration with our Global R&D PMO and our business centre in Poland
- Update and regularly report to the global operations management team
Project/Portfolio Manager with an eye for optimisation
Being proactive, structured, and open minded in your approach, you know how to push for change and get things done to achieve results in a high paced environment. You also possess excellent stakeholder management skills and enjoy working with a very wide and international network of colleagues – from global management to project managers, owners and leads around the world.
Furthermore, you:
- Have extensive experience with portfolio and/or project management on an international scale
- Possess analytical reasoning and structured problem-solving skills as well as a strong methodological approach, gained from a relevant academic background
- May have experience with Project Online – though it is not a must
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Are able to travel internationally up to 20 days and sometimes with short notice
