At our HQ in Humlebæk, you join our Sustainability team which is anchored in Global Quality and Regulatory Affairs. We are responsible for driving our sustainability agenda forward with a strong focus on reducing emissions, improving products & packaging and ensuring responsible operations – and to succeed, we collaborate closely with various business stakeholders within coloplast.

As our new senior sustainability manager, you will play a key role in strengthening our communication efforts to make sustainability initiatives easier to access for all our external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for:
Experienced sustainability expert with a knack for communication
Equipped with excellent interpersonal skills, you are great at handling different stakeholders to enhance our sustainability profile. Also, your strategic mind allows you to think ahead and communicate complex content in a creative and compelling way.

Help us drive sustainability forward
As our new senior sustainability manager, you will play a key role in strengthening our communication efforts to make sustainability initiatives easier to access for all our external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and managing the Sustainability Report as a supplement to the Annual Report
- Leading and improving all ESG-related reporting aspects to enhance our profile towards investors and rating agencies
- Implementing the recommendations of the task force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) in our annual reporting
- Managing all content and the layout of the sustainability sections on our website (coloplast.com)
- Handling all external communication on sustainability in collaboration with our communication team and writing position papers, sustainability-related articles, posts for social media etc. to increase brand visibility
- Working cross-functionally to advise and support our commitment towards responsible operations and sustainable supplier programme
- Supporting coloplast’s materiality assessment to map out and prioritise coloplast’s global social and environmental responsibilities
Experienced sustainability expert with a knack for communication
Equipped with excellent interpersonal skills, you are great at handling different stakeholders to enhance our sustainability profile. Also, your strategic mind allows you to think ahead and communicate complex content in a creative and compelling way.
Moreover, you:
- Bring more than 5 years’ experience working with sustainability and communication from the corporate sector and/or consultancy
- Have a master’s degree in the field of sustainability management in combination with communications and business
- Bring a thorough understanding of emerging sustainability topics such as TCFD, EU taxonomy and SBTi
- Have experience as a strong communicator with excellent writing skills and managed complex sustainability projects in an international environment
- Preferably have branding experience so you know how to find the great stories that will engage our users and investors
- Speak and write English fluently
