The Product Owner provides a Stakeholder with solutions aligned to a set of business outcomes. The product owner works closely with Scrum teams - Product Designers, Architects and the Engineers to build a backlog of work items that are ready to be consumed by the team. The Product Owner will ensure the backlog is unambiguous and prioritised with enough detail to allow the team to make a commitment.

• In collaboration with the stakeholders, customer or users. The Product Owner will provide Product Vision, Product Strategy and Product Roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Translate enterprise vision and outcomes into delivered products, identify product features and value drivers.
• Manage the Product backlog including prioritization of needs (based on the Product Roadmap), creation of backlog items and mapping out dependencies - working with users and customers.
• Anticipate client needs; create and use customer journey maps and develop deep knowledge of the market in which the product operates.
• Work closely with development teams in Agile way of working; contribute to the planning, execution and review of each sprint and work with the team to refine and improve the delivery process.
• Evaluate and measure product progress [value creation against objective and key results]; accountable for the final product. Inspect and evaluate product progress at each iteration, determine whether final product is acceptable.
• Define measurement for the product, KPI, or other metrics including for example value delivery, user satisfaction, performance of the support process, compliance, cost, stability of the product and deployment/roll-out performance.
• Technology product lifecycle management for the product(s) in your portfolio, in line with both our business and technology strategy and priorities.
• Stakeholder management related to your product(s); as Product Owner you are the main contact on your product(s), both for your commercial counterparts and the wider Maersk Technology organization.
Skills:
• Experience working as a product owner in agile delivery environments, minimal 3-5 years in a similar role within a larger IT organization
• Good understanding of supply chain management and/or working experience in the logistics industry
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to build and maintain relationships
• Experience in working in an international and constantly developing environment
• Excellent leadership, strategic and tactical skill to be able to work both with the delivery team and the stakeholders
• Good analysis skills combined with understanding of technology

We are looking for
Skills:
