With a direct reference to our Head of People & Culture (P&C) the Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner will take part in P&C overall vision to enable a truly caring and scalable organization building on engaged, inspired and involved A -players.

The TA Partner will be responsible for full circle recruitment processes - from job analysis to attraction of talent to onboarding
The TA Partner will, in general, collaborate with the team to deliver on our huge ambitions of growing our team with top motivated, diverse and skilful A-players. Ultimately, you will proactively clarify our hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies with qualified employees.

The TA Partner will, in general, collaborate with the team to deliver on our huge ambitions of growing our team with top motivated, diverse and skilful A-players. Ultimately, you will proactively clarify our hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies with qualified employees.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack and Github)
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Nurture (and automate) talent pipelines
- Promote our employer brand online and offline
- Maintain candidate databases (We are working with the ATS TeamTailor)
- Take part in the overall development of our People & Culture function

Further, we are looking for a great team member who possesses high-level communication skills (verbal and written) and a great drive. Further:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
- Effective time-management abilities
