Key responsibilities


Within the CRM platform team, we are looking for a strong Platform Product Owner (PPO) who can help accelerate our focus on customer centricity. While we as a team are keen on improving the entire customer journey, this position will have a dedicated focus on “Lead to agreement” and our Commercial function i.e. our Sales representatives and Managers

Your responsibilities include:
• Defining innovative solutions that directly improve our customer experience and our Sales representative’s ability to provide best in class customer engagement
• Building the bridge between Business stakeholders and Engineer scrum teams to convert envisioned business outcomes to tangible technical solutions
• Ensuring that our technical backlog is in line with our strategic priorities
• Engaging with process leads and the wider platform community to make sure we align solutions across processes and platforms
• Supporting engineer scrum teams to certify that the developed solutions enable the envisioned outcomes
• Acting as an active part of the wider CRM platform team where we want to continuously strengthen our shared capabilities and ability to deliver great outcomes

We are looking for


• Strong experience with Salesforce (preferably Sales Cloud) either as an end-user or as a product manager/owner

• The position is anchored in the Business side of the CRM platform, and it does not include any hands-on technical development – however the ability to understand technical terminology and hands-on experience with Agile methodology is required

• Experience from a Commercial role (frontline or head quarter) is relevant since this will be beneficial when reviewing business requirements and identifying opportunities for improvement

• Data-driven and customer outcome oriented approach to problem solving is required to ensure that we utilize our resources to build the most value adding solutions

• Eagerness to engage in a high performing team who wants to succeed while having fun together

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

• Fluent in English both written and oral
