A few years back, we started a massive business transformation to become the global integrator of container logis-tics, and with that followed a cultural and organisational transformation - one where collaboration, customer cen-tricity and agility are at the core, and where we are building new capabilities at scale. In the Global Centre of Excellence (COE) for Talent Management and Talent Acquisition, we are responsible for de-veloping the Global Standards, Strategies, Concepts and Programmes related to attracting and recruiting newtalents across the enterprise – from early career to exec levels. Moreover, we work towards maximising potential and engagement of our colleagues through fostering a culture and leadership with focus on belonging, constant learning, development and growth.

As the Global Talent Acquistion COE Lead, you will play a crucial role in defining, designing, improving and scaling our best practices, tools and capabilities globally as well as ensuring a clear, consistent and authentic employer brand that resonates internally and externally.
Some key responsibilities in the role are:
• Co-own and shape the global strategy for Talent Acquisition for the Maersk enterprise, keeping a variety of talent segments in mind.
• Lead capability building efforts to ensure hiring leaders and recruitment teams set high standards for Talent Attraction and Acquisition Globally and never compromise on the quality of hires, nor the candidate experi-ence.
• Provide guidance, support and change management to global initiatives that support our overall vision and objectives for TA - could be to improve candidate experience, efficiency, reduce biases, increase diversity of candidate pools, become more proactive, strategic or agile as a function.
• Identify technologies which can support us in reaching our objectives around being data driven, agile and proactive in our efforts.
• Further shape and develop our future assessment strategy and approach from Early Career to Exec. Levels, with the aim of ensuring right hiring decisions (for today and tomorrow) and reducing biases in the recruit-ment process.
• Partner with people analytics and strategic workforce planning to understand the internal and external tal-ent landscape and trends.
• Further improve our standard framework of KPI’s and partner with Regional Talent Attraction and Acquisition teams to assess effectiveness of programmes and strategies.
• Be a gathering force for the global TA community, ensuring that relevant insights are shared across the community, that we strive for excellence in everything we do and that Global TA initiatives are deployed with impact
• Be a trusted and very experienced TA “go to expert” for senior HR and Business Stakeholders

We are looking for an individual with an entrepreneurial, forward thinking and data-driven mindset and approach who is used to working successfully in global, matrixed organizations.
In terms of more concrete skills and experiences, we hope to find someone who has:
• A university degree and validated, extensive (10+ years) experience with leading TA excellence from a global COE perspective in large, international organizations with similar complexity and scope.
• Been the driving force behind high impact TA improvement initiatives, programmes and capability building at global scale (could be related to D&I, assessments tools, quality in hiring decisions, candidate experience)
• Demonstrated strong analytical and conceptual skills and understands how to navigate complexity and many stakeholders and develop simple and elegant solutions which can be implemented across a massive global enterprise.
• Expertise and a passion related to TA assessment tools across different talent segments and from early ca-reer to executive levels.
• A resourceful approach to tasks and projects, utilising the strengths, resources and expertise of a broader HR team/community and takes ownership from strategizing to execution
• Ability to create followership and influence through data,
strong communication, expertise and collabora-tion skills
• A huge appetite for understanding the TA landscape, in order to make sure we are constantly on top of and utilize external technological and other trends which has an impact on the TA function.
