An exciting role in the O&L Finance BI team where you will support the organization with Business Intelligence solutions that offer business insights and improve the decision-making process.
You will work with multiple business stakeholders across the Maersk group pursuing and promoting the philosophy of one set of numbers.

Reporting to the Head of Frontline BI you will be responsible for the development of BI solutions across Ocean and Logistics that support the frontline organization, as well as managing the BI Product Backlog, incl. validation, alignment and prioritization of BI data and product requirements.
Other key tasks:
• Value roadmap creation and overall execution to ensure prioritized delivery of products to generate business outcomes
• Monetization and tracking of value realization to enable transparency on strategic requirements
• Information Design: Understand the client’s information needs and develop solutions
• Architecting design and delivery of BI products (data enablement, report and dashboard design)
• Control the specification, development, implementation and maintenance of global standardized data solutions, reporting and BI application initiatives
• Make reports available to the organization & development of publication channels
• Responsible for the assurance of the accuracy and consistency of data
• Provide insight, influence and impact business decisions
• Documentation of Reporting Products
• Actively participate in the global BI community
• Liaise and coordinate with O&L Finance BI teams and Product Owners, as well as with the Global Data Analytics team
• Support and promote the development of team members and stakeholders through internal trainings.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of practical experience within Shipping & Logistics, combined with proven trusted partnering skills and the ability to work as a Product Owner.
You have the capability to work both independently, as well as and as part of a cross-departmental team where innovative solutions are required.
Furthermore you:
• Have product ownership and accountability
• Have the ability to influence and drive change across multiple functional units
• Have experience in Business Intelligence, Visual Analytics or Data Science
• Have advanced technical skills in Tableau, PowerBI, Dataiku – experience in Python, SQL or similar as well as Azure / Maestro is a plus
• Use the combination of technical skills and business knowledge to drive product innovation at scale
• Have the ability to develop and drive the agile management of the BI team incl. prioritization of backlog
• Have the willingness and enthusiasm to work with large data sets to discover business tendencies and obtain the ability to apply Visual Analytics and Data Science to new business challenges
• Have a problem solving attitude paired with understanding for high quality data requirements
• Are results oriented, drives issues to closure.
