The Platform Product Owner is responsible for designing and coordinating the development and deployment of innovative platform products as well as ensuring that the development stay aligned with the platform, business and internal product goals and KPI benefits. Also work collaboratively with other platform and business/internal Product Owners to actively design technical product requirement and manage the backlog for products with high complexity and impact as well as working with scrum team manager to optimize development backlog prioritization and advocating and improving product owner best practices within Maersk
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and Actively manage the platform product backlog including clearly defining product backlog items and prioritizing items based on business/internal product goals and optimization of work in the agile team, and Scrum ceremonies
• Work with cross-functional teams across Data Excellence, Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics Product Delivery, Data Integration, and Business Platform/ Product Owners to define and execute the integrated data & analytics roadmap and actively contribute to Mater data model and Data governance best practices to provide high quality, fit for purpose data, across a wide array of use cases, delivery channels, and complex technology landscape
• Designs Master Data model processes taking into consideration automation, simplification & standardization, prioritized based on business value
• Formulate ways to improve quality of data, confidence in data, data management processes, analyzing current state, and proposing and implementing appropriate changes.
• Maintain knowledge of the technology and business innovations in the industry as well as within the broader Maersk group to use and improvise on the MDM solutions.

• Ability to apply agile and data analysis technics for creating user stories and acceptance criteria
• Ability to take ownership of complex and important products, and make effective decisions
• Experience and leadership in master data management & associated tools (Profisee, IBM, Informatica, Talend, TAMR, Robotic Process Automation, etc.)
• Practical delivery leadership in data integration tools (Talend, Informatica, Data Stage, SSIS, or other AI/ML based mastering technologies).
• Hands on experience in Web-Application and API technology with exposure to Data engineering and Master Data Management
• Must have a good background on data integration, data modelling, Master data workflow, etc. through a first-hand understanding of the work
• A deep understanding of data lifecycle (data profiling, data quality, master data management, data warehouses)
• Demonstrable knowledge of Master data model, Data practices, business and technology issues related to the management of enterprise information assets and approaches related to data protection
• Experience working in a complex business environment with exposure to both centralized and federated governance models
