The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform plays a vital role in Maersk’s dedicated focus on customer obsession and our transformation towards becoming the global integrator of container logistics. We do that by building personalized and automated solutions that enables a seamless user experience to our customers and front-line colleagues. Since our scope and responsibilities are growing, we are looking for a strong platform product owner (PPO) with a dedicated focus on the “Lead to Agreement” steps in the customer journey and our Commercial area.

Key responsibilities


As a Platform Product Owner your main responsibilities are to
• Define innovative solutions that directly improve our customer experience and our Sale representative’s ability to provide best in class customer engagement
• Build the bridge between Business stakeholders and Tech scrum teams to convert envisioned business outcomes to tangible technical solutions
• Ensure that our technical backlog is in line with our strategic priorities
• Engage with process leads and the wider platform community to ensure we align solutions across processes and platforms
• Act as an active part of the wider CRM platform team where we want to continuously strengthen our shared capabilities and ability to deliver great outcomes

We are looking for


• 5+ years of experience with CRM (preferably Salesforce- Sales Cloud) either as an end-user or as a product manager/owner
• The position is anchored in the Business side of the CRM platform, and it does not include any hands-on technical development – however the ability to understand technical terminology and hands-on experience with Agile methodology is required
• Experience from a Commercial role (frontline or head quarter) is relevant since this will be beneficial when reviewing business requirements and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Data-driven and customer outcome-oriented approach to problem solving
• Eagerness to engage in a high performing team who wants to succeed while having fun together
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well organized and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English both written and oral
