Things we want you to do: · Improve and manage our growing infrastructure in AWS and ensure it scales
· Help enforce best security practice and automation
· Build and maintain our CI/CD architecture and automate recurring tasks
· Assist our development teams when services are designed, and technology is chosen
· Drive best use of modern infrastructure and security tooling
We believe in automating and declaring infrastructure, and key elements include: · Kubernetes and Rancher in AWS with vertical and horizontal scaling, as well as other cloud native technologies
· We run backend applications built in JVM based languages and front ends in mainly React and Vue
· We use Gitlab, Jira, Confluence and Slack in our daily work
· We use tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, and AWS such as EKS, AmazonMQ, Transfer, Route53, SNS, RDS, Security Hub, GuardDuty, Organizations and SSO
· We use DevOps principles, focus on cloud native, test and version our code - also for our infrastructure

You will be responsible for: · A stable and secure infrastructure
· Ensure appropriate use of technologies so teams can work efficiently
· Together with teams move new features into production
· Ensure quality deployments together with your team
· Help the team and department ensure that the platform is stable and scalable
You will rock this role if you: · Have strong knowledge about modern SaaS/IaaS infrastructure services and want to work with highly skilled colleagues
· Are passionate about infrastructure and engage in various communities
· Are experienced in regulated (FinTech/banking) and/or enterprise environments is a plus
· Have experience with DevSecOps and a keen interest in infrastructure security is a plus
· Believe in automating everything
· Communicate well in English both written and verbally
· Are proactive, curious and have a good sense of humor
