JOB SUMMARY
As an Product Development Associate, you will play a critical role in the development and enhancement of our product offerings. This includes managing new recipe development, conducting stress tests, and ensuring quality control.
The role will be based in our Danish HQ in the heart of Copenhagen and will be part of our People & Development department, which includes. The role is global.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Some areas of responsibility may be supported by additional resources, as needed.
The position is located in Copenhagen.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recipe Development
- Development of EPD & NPD
- Clear development approach
- Management of project to NPD timeline
- Clear documentation
- Inputs into competitor research
- Product brief (ie. with costings/nutritionals)
- Keeping to project timeframes
- Product Stress testing
- Ensure all ingredients and final products for NPD/EPD projects are stress tested under the conditions BTC and can uphold quality and signed off with Operations and Compliance.

- New ingredient
- Equipment
- Packaging
- Storage
- Delivery platforms
- Ensure all ingredients and final products for NPD/EPD projects are stress tested under the conditions BTC and can uphold quality and signed off with Operations and Compliance.
- Tastings
- Make recipes, set up for tastings and document feedback for:
- Weekly tasting slots
- Ingredient from suppliers
- Competitor benchmarking
- Recipe development sign offs
- Kitchen management
- Ensure kitchen clean and tidy
- Ensure stock room sorted
- Ensure ingredients in stock
- Quality documents
- E-campus documents
- Brief creation for product videos
- Create workflow documents
- Quality do's and don'ts
- Input into handover document
- Quality Guardian
- Store visits and shifts when product live in concept stores with Go-Audit
- Shelf life testing of packaged products
- Ingredient brand guidelines
- Monitor catering & delivery quality
- Nutrition & Ingredients
- Calculate nutritionals for all NPD & EPD products
- Recipe & add-on inputs in WP2
- Establish optimal nutritional system for JOE and transfer current nutritional data
- Operational Training
- Training of CPH BM for testing product at HQ
- Training UK operations RM/BM/AM for concept stores
- Training of TD team
