Finance Group Finance Group Tax
Group Finance is part of the CFO area, which covers different areas such as Group Tax, Group Treasury, CSO Finance, and COO Finance.
You will become a part of Transfer Pricing & Structuring, which is a sub-group of Group Tax. Group Tax consists of 7 employees, specialised within CIT, VAT, International Taxation, and Transfer Pricing respectively.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
To solve the above tasks, we expect you to hold a MSc. in commercial law and business administration, LL.M or similar and have a couple of years of experience working with transfer pricing within a Big4 company, law firm or similar.

Finance Group Finance Group Tax

You will become a part of Transfer Pricing & Structuring, which is a sub-group of Group Tax. Group Tax consists of 7 employees, specialised within CIT, VAT, International Taxation, and Transfer Pricing respectively.
Responsibilities
- Engage in a variety of transfer pricing related assignments such as preparation of transfer pricing documentation, preparation of benchmark studies, monitoring and maintaining intercompany transactions as well as other day to day ad hoc tasks supporting other business functions
- Support in managing tax audit processes, MAP and APA processes etc
- Develop and maintain intercompany agreements, policies etc
- Engage in managing group stakeholders, external consultants, as well as tax authorities
- Take on ad hoc administration and internal reporting assignments
Qualifications
To solve the above tasks, we expect you to hold a MSc. in commercial law and business administration, LL.M or similar and have a couple of years of experience working with transfer pricing within a Big4 company, law firm or similar.
Furthermore, we expect the following:
- Advanced skills within MS Office
- Fluency in English
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
