In this role you will be a part of an ambitious talent acquisition function representing our global headquarters in Denmark and serve as a subject matter expert within talent acquistion and talent sourcing. You will act as a trusted Talent Acquisition Partner throughout the entire recruitment process, ensuring that COWI attract and onboard the right talent.
We offer a dynamic work environment where teams across geographies strive for the best results. You will be working with engaged and competent colleagues and you will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager in People & Communication. The job will be based out of our Lyngby office.
You will be working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and be responsible for the full recruitment process from a-z. Further, you are experienced within talent mapping, outreach activities and also understand the importance and value of building pipelines to potential candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as a trusted partner for the hiring managers
- Recruitment process a-z: Creating job profiles, writing job adverts, conducting interviews and assessments
- Sourcing activities, search process, pipeline building etc.
- Ensuring the right governance is in place and a high quality in the process
STRONG TALENT ACQUISITION EXPERIENCE WITH AN ANALYTICAL MINDSET
You have a degree in Human Resources/related disciplines, minimum 5 years of recruiting experience with solid skills with search, talent acquisition and talent attraction from a large multi-national organization. Furthermore, you have the following skills and experience:
- A clear business understanding and a commercial mind-set
- The ability to adjust to changing priorities, successfully navigate ambiguity and ability to work with a variety of personalities in different cultures
- Outstanding communication skills, able to influence and develop strong relationships
- Certified in relevant psychometric and cognitive assessment tools
- An outgoing and action-oriented personal style with a sound analytical sense
- Fluent in Danish and English
To succeed in the role you need to:
- Have excellent stakeholder management skills
- Understand the importance of a high service level and a flexibility towards candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Have the ability to drive commitment, passion and deliver high performance
- Have a strong business understanding and understand the importance of managing many different and at times complex processes.
