We are looking for a student assistant who has strong interest in talent acquisition and drive to become a valued member of the Danish recruitment team. Our ambition is to attract the best talent in the market to continue our journey building a world class in-house recruitment team. You will be offered a challenging position with great opportunities for professional and personal growth, together with high performing talent acquisition team in an informal setting for 15-20 hour weekly work engagement.
Your main responsibility will be to assist the full recruitment process in close cooperation with our stakeholders and work closely with the shared service delivery center in China. Furthermore, you will be a part of developing and advising on sourcing/recruiting strategies and assist in coordinating the recruiting process from A-Z. It is critical that you thrive in a high pace environment and that you have a desire to be the best within this field.
Our recruiting process are built on cooperation and teamwork and you will find yourself working together with a team of talented and dedicated professionals consisting of highly skilled recruiters, all working towards a shared goal.
You will join the broader Danish HR team consisting of 20 HR professionals. Apart from working closely together with the different functions in HR, we expect you to take active part in the community.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Currently studying your Master’s degree and are a top performer
- You have a strong desire to establish yourself in Talent Acquisition and a wish to develop this skill set further
- Ability to work creatively and analytically with others to address complex problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Language:
- You are fluent in English and in one of the following languages: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian
