This role will primarily support in setting up a completely new onboarding framework for all areas of our business across retail and corporate. In this role you will get to use your creative side and have a high level of independence.
Your key accountabilities will be to:
- Create, implement and launch a global onboarding strategy that will support new co-workers joining our global business and feel a sense of belonging starting on the first day
- Work closely with different parts of the business to develop Employer Branding initiatives to position Pandora as an attractive employer
Proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic
We hope to see that you are a self-starter with a willingness to learn and the ability to solve problems independently. Your work ethic is strong and you are a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are a big believer in opportunities that happen when collaboration and innovation are at the center of everything you do.
Furthermore, we would like you to have:
- Preferably 3-5 years of relevant experience working with recruitment, onboarding, employer branding (such as Student Assistant, HR Assistant, HR Generalist or similar)
- Experience with data integrity and accuracy of data and systems
