Are you ready to take on the role of the Visual Merchandising Team Lead? In this position, your key responsibility will be the responsibility for the visual expression of our brands in all points of sale (POS) in the Nordics and accountable for the well-functioning Nordic Retail Design databases. You will lead the visual merchandisers in the countries and the Nordic Merchandising coordinators. You will be accountable for ensuring all databases are up to date, supported by your team. You will play a key role between the RD planning team and the go to market with the VM’s.

Your role involves ensuring excellence in brand expression in POS according to the guidelines and plans provided by Nordic Brand Marketing. You will guarantee high quality and consistency in animations to provide consumers with the best experience, improve sell-out, and enhance brand expression. You will also be responsible for updating country VMs to secure relevant information to the local RS and Field team about changes in permanent merchandising and instruct them on "how to look" and "how to do" to secure the Retail Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize, monitor, and closely follow the implementation of visual merchandising based on brand guidelines and priorities (launch + non-launch) with VMs in the countries. Be accountable for the Nordic POS database and other Retail databases, ensuring they are always 100% up to date in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders. Support the Retail Design team on counter installations together with the local VM’. Ensure maintenance of our POS, in close collaboration with the Retail Design Team. Coordinate and support zone visit preparation together with the local VM team Coordinate production and Support VM, RBM’s and RS in implementing brand animations, podiums, and special event areas in Top DOORS. You Are:

Well-versed in brand DNA and visual expression. Committed to maintaining high quality and consistency of VM in flagships/top doors and overall distribution. Knowledgeable about Nordic distribution overview, database, and top doors. Skilled in analysing retail excellence projects and competitors' retail excellence. Capable of conducting training sessions in VM methods. Fluency in a Scandinavian language and English, both spoken and in writing. Good level of MS Office knowledge (Excel and PowerPoint)
