Summary: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in our Copenhagen Talent Acquisition team. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, lead multiple-level recruitments for our CPH site. and drive volume recruitment for operational functions as needed. Working hand in hand with our People & Culture (P&C) team, you will help shape and execute talent acquisition strategies, measure their effectiveness, and lead continuous improvement efforts.
You will work together with our Sourcers and Coordinators to bring the best talent to AGC Biologics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the recruiting process by facilitating timely debriefs with hiring teams and executing successful candidate closings.
- Forge solid partnerships with hiring managers, business leaders, and our People and Culture team to enhance the efficiency and success of our recruitment processes, ensuring consistent and top-notch hiring practices.
- Develop and implement search strategies, ensuring clear job requirements and expectations while evaluating candidates against predefined criteria.
- Cultivate and manage an extensive network of highly qualified candidates, building a talent pipeline to support future hiring needs.
- Provide insightful recruiting activity reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Offer guidance and support in the use of our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Train and offer feedback on assessment tools for hiring managers and provide assistance to the recruitment team.
- Collaborate with the TA Manager in the development, planning, and execution of talent acquisition strategies and plans.
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- A self-motivated, results-driven recruitment professional who thrives with minimal supervision and excels in candidate care.
- Highly organized and experienced in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- A results-oriented individual with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable in an independent and visible role within a dynamic working environment.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social recruiting platforms, job boards, target company outreach, and various sourcing methods to identify top-tier candidates.
Education and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in both staffing agency and corporate recruitment settings.
- Certification in DISC/HOGAN assessments is a plus.
