We are looking for a product owner ready to share and grow
In this position you will report directly to Product Manager Tommy Vinholt.
We are set to deliver the best possible tools for our banks to identify and fight financial crime in Denmark and internationally. We want to welcome you to our location at Langebjerg 1 in Roskilde, where you, as product owner, will be responsible for setting the direction for the Screening team in the Financial Crime Prevention program.
The Screening team owns the capabilities to screen customers and transactions towards international sanction lists. This is an essential part of helping financial institutions identify sanctioned persons and organizations, as well as the unlawful conduct to which they may be exposed. The FCP Screening team is organized as an agile delivery team, with a scrum master, supported by 7 developers, one team architect and 4 business analysts.
As product owner in the Screening team, you own the product strategy and ensure that your 5-quarter roadmap is supported by the team backlog and clarified with our customers. You contribute to refinement of features with the product manager and the team, building, refining, and prioritizing the team backlog and collecting end user and stakeholder input.
Primary task and responsibilities
In the position as product owner, you will work closely with the product manager, the development manager, and the team members as well as with other product owners to ensure cross-domain collaboration, and with the domain architect to ensure product fits with the architectural vision.
In addition, you secure alignment with our customers and stakeholders on objectives, and you balance the expectations for deliveries building the roadmap and describing the deliveries for the 5 quarters.
We are looking for you who love to explore and learn!
Preferably, you have an educational background at bachelor’s or master’s level within IT and 2-5 years of experience from a similar position working with development of AML solutions. You are familiar with Transaction Sanctions Screening and Customer Screening, and it would be an advantage if you are a certified product owner or product manager.
