You will be responsible for the largest product area in SKOV and accountable for the continuous development of this product area to become the strongest product offering in the market for ventilation fans for livestock production. The Air Out area has grown significantly over the last 5 years and holds a large potential for further development and growth. You are the enthusiastic business developer and product manager who can execute on this potential and bring SKOV to the next level within the Air Out product area.
The most important tasks in this role will be to:
Professionally, you will bring experience in product management with full business responsibility and proven success in market-oriented product development. You hold a B. Sc., or M. Sc. within mechanical or electrical engineering or similar technical background. Preferably, you have a supplementary commercial education, possibly a base education within farming, mechanical or electrical craftsmanship.
Personally, we would like you to be energetic with a high personal ambition level and an ability to excite other people. We hope for a high level of personal drive and the drive to set own goals as well as to reach them. A creative mind-set and a passion for product and business development and strong communications skills will also be part of who you are and how you are being perceived.

You will be located mainly in Glyngøre, joining a team of professional colleagues with growth, development, and strategy on the top of their mind. Expected travel days will be around 30 per year depending on projects.

- Develop and drive an ambitious Air Out product roadmap based on market intelligence and deep insights into the many market opportunities for SKOV on global scale
- Be accountable for all feature specifications towards R&D
- Build and be accountable for business cases in new product development projects within the Air Out product area
- Be accountable for the overall business within the Air Out product area in terms of revenue and margin
- Educate and motivate sales channels to sell the Air Out product rang
