Global Talent Acquisition Manager across 90 countries
Would you like to head DSV’s global talent acquisition area, and do you have solid experience across the area from a large international organisation?
In this position, you will be responsible for managing, directing, and further developing the way DSV works with talent acquisition globally. You will be responsible for providing DSV managers, ranging from first line managers to senior executives, with the framework, tools, training, and support ensuring DSV is able to attract, identify and select the best employees for the future.
DSV is a fast-growing and dynamic company, where people speak their minds to stay ahead and face challenges head-on. DSV has grown drastically within the last few years through an ambitious M&A strategy and from a HR perspective we have gone from a decentralised approach to HR to establishing a Group HR function in 2015 focusing on areas of HR where a global approach is beneficial. In Group HR we work from 9 countries, with an EVP and 4 heads of different areas. Your job will be to take the lead on the talent acquisition area. In time there is a possibility of direct employee responsibilities within this position. However, from day one your leadership capabilities will be needed in working with and through colleagues locally and abroad.
You will work on topics from employer branding to recruitment, and onboarding. You will lead the center of excellence and your day-to-day interactions will span across the globe. This position is therefore perfect for you if you are passionate about talent attraction, working across borders and keen to bring both your strategic and “hands-on” capabilities into play.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Create a group level plan and direction for the DSV talent acquisition area
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across the DSV, within and outside HR and across levels
- Support local HR with talent acquisition topics making the distinction between group level and local level efforts
- Facilitate training sessions with managers and local HR employees
- Support senior management with high level recruitments
- Run talent acquisition communities for local HR ensuring support, inspiration, and further development
- Taking the ownership of our global Linkedin and Saville agreements
- Take ownership of the employer branding plan and initiatives in close collaboration with Corporate Communication
- Further fine-tune the company’s recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring global consistency and use

We imagine you have the following competencies:
- You will have an extensive toolbox from within the talent acquisition area including knowledge and experience with the use of psychometrics
- Strong ability to partner with key stakeholders, from local HR and managers to senior management in DSV
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
- Well structures and pragmatic mindset
- Strong executer, persevering and proactive in nature
- Leadership capabilities (direct and indirect)
