The Army Painter is looking for a talented graphic designer and
photographer for a full-time position at our location in Skanderborg,
Denmark. You will be become part of a small, passionate and professional
marketing team and be at the tip of the company’s accelerated growth
journey.
ABOUT THE ARMY PAINTER
The Army Painter is an international market leader for independent accessories for the
wargaming and board game industries. We have our own strong retail brand and are also
the biggest private label and licensed paint manufacturer in the industry. We recently
moved into our brand new headquarters in Skanderborg is staffed by more than 50 people
from over 5 different nationalities
At The Army Painter concourage an open door policy, we say what is on our mind and speak
to anyone we need to, in order to complete a task. Production staff, designer or CFO – we all work hard towards the same goal and everyone’s opinions and ideas are valued and sought after.
And of course; we play games and paint miniatures in our dedicated gaming area whenever
we have time – we would love for you to join in!
YOU ...
• have a passion for graphic design and photography. Your position will be 50%
of each. Weather you are fresh out of school or have some years’ experience, we
encourage you to apply.
• have a good sense of detail and a knack for converting ideas and concepts to
graphics and photos that work across platforms
• work smoothly in both InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• can follow and respect a corporate design manual - while able to keep developing it.
• would like to work in a fun, challenging, informal and often fast-paced working
environment amongst likeminded colleagues – where skills in multitasking are of
the essense.
• have solid English skills - both spoken and written.
• know the power of the deadline and always deliver on time.
AND (IF WE GET REALLY LUCKY) ...
• have experience with wargaming, board gaming and/or miniature painting.
• have experience with packaging and labels.
• know your way around a video camera and can edit video.
THE JOB ...
• offers salary according to your skills and experience level
• includes pension and health insurance
