Do you want to lead Repair & Maintenance and help bring the Finished Dose Form Manufacturing (FDF) to the next level in a fast-growing pharmaceutical company?
Since the current Manager, FDF Repair & Maintenance is taking a new step in his career internally at the company, Xellia Pharmaceuticals, is now looking for the right person to take over. Manage and develop the manufacturing organization in a fast-growing company
With direct reference to the Director, FDF Manufacturing, you will have the overall responsibility for the maintenance of Xellia’s main production site in Copenhagen, within Finish Dosage Forms production. This will include daily execution, compliance, and delivery of maintenance performance as well as optimization in both short- and long-term perspective of the facilities at the production site.
As leader of two Maintenance teams, CMS and Packaging and FDV Utilities, you will be responsible for all team and employment issues: lead, motivate and set direction of highly skilled specialists and operators. You will be a member of the International Manufacturing leadership team. It is expected that you contribute actively and clarify important focus areas to keep a well-maintained facility. Furthermore, you will hold responsibility for a maintenance budget.
Experienced maintenance manager with strong leadership skills
You possess strong people and management skills and the ability to set the direction for the people you lead as well as the overall strategy, in providing both a reactive and proactive, multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure. Furthermore, it is important that you manage, coach and develop high performing maintenance teams with the purpose of achieving operational success. It is important that you have a forward-thinking mentality as well as being adaptable to ever-changing needs and circumstances.
You have an education within maintenance management, marine engineering, technology management or similar and at least 5 years of leadership experience preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment where you have gained solid understanding of GMP requirements. If you do have experience from other regulated industries, please do not hesitate to apply.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations, and are fluent in English.
