IAM Product Owner to TDC NET – Copenhagen or Aarhus
TDC NET is ambitious about safeguarding their business and critical infrastructure, and to ensure this, they invest heavily in building new frameworks and solutions. At the same time, TDC NET is in the middle of transforming their business processes and technologies that will be guiding for new ways of working and a customer-centric approach.
As part of the transformation, TDC NET has established an independent unit for Identity & Access Management (IAM) that will comprise eight experienced profiles in technologies such as PING, PAM, and Omada that collaborate with a number of external consultants.
In this newly established role as Product Owner, you will be the IAM team’s ambassador towards stakeholders in the business, where you will engage in discussions about needs and requirements to the solution design as well as prioritizations of the backlog. You will report to the Head of IAM and work out of TDC NET’s headquarter in Copenhagen or the Aarhus location. Please note, we are open for international profiles willing to relocate to Denmark.
About the job
As Product Owner, you will most of all provide leadership and overview of the IAM platform, and where you will be go-to-person, when it concerns the area between end-user needs, business, and systems. Your goal will be to maximize the value of the team’s efforts by prioritizing and slicing Epics to be feasible, viable and desirable and you will do this through clear communication to the team about value and scope.
Much of your work will take outset in stakeholder management, balancing between interests and needs, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, meetings, and events. In short, ensuring that IAM will continue to be a critical technology area. You will do this by operating at a tactical and strategic level, while a skilled team of specialists, consultants, and a Lead Architect will ensure the deep technology development and advisory.

About you
You are excited about transformation and change, and have most likely started as Business Analyst, operating between the business and IT, and where you have since progressed in your career and experience in working agile. You have experience directing stand-ups and events, facilitating meetings, and are comfortable handling the significant mandate that you are trusted from TDC NET.
This you combine with experience in IAM development and implementation. You have participated in or headed IAM implementation projects and have experience with implementation of identity lifecycle management processes and access management processes. You combine your IAM experience with general knowledge about security concepts.
As a person, you are communicative and convincing, with the ability to adapt your communication to suit the target audience. You are comfortable interacting with both technical resources and the business and get them to buy-in on your solutions. It is natural for you to take lead. In your work, you are analytical and organized, with the ability to keep an overview and prioritize between projects.

- Identify business needs and cultivate an ongoing dialogue about optimal business solutions.
- Maintain a backlog of requests for IAM product enhancements and onboarding of applications.
- Ensure commitment in IAM teams to the backlog tasks, and follow-up on deliverables.
- Create, update, and improve IAM processes.
- Engage in IAM support to understand the full value chain, and to ensure that IAM teams and external vendor deliver according to plan.
- Participate in meetings at management level to ensure link between prioritization and overall IAM transformation program.
- Collaborate with both team and key stakeholders about planning and dependencies of Epics.
